We know visiting a new church can be intimidating. What should I wear? Where do my kids go? We understand the many thoughts that can come from visiting a new church, so we want you to feel right at home when you visit.
WHAT TYPE OF CHURCH IS GRACE HOUSE?
We are a multi-generational, multi-ethnic, non-denominational church family made up of sons and daughters of the living God. We are champions of the grace of God, with the full expectation that grace is the greatest catalyst for change known to man.
WHEN ARE THE GATHERINGS?
We have family gatherings on Sunday mornings at 10am in the Worship Center on the west end of our campus.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
There is no dress code for attending gatherings at Grace House. Some attenders dress casually and some dress up—it’s all good! You are free to come exactly as you are, so wear whatever you are most comfortable in.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?
When you arrive at a Grace House gathering, you will enter in our main foyer. You’ll be greeted by a friendly smile from one of our greeters. From that point, you can make your way into our Worship Center and meet some great people. There will be a 5-minute countdown to let you know when our gathering will start, so you can be sure to find your seat before the gathering begins!
WHAT ARE WORSHIP GATHERINGS LIKE?
We like to call our time together on the weekend our family reunion. So when you’re with us, you’re going to be treated like family! We always start our gatherings with a personal greeting from one of our leaders where you will be invited to connect with us and hear about what’s happening at our church. We then pray together and begin with a time of energetic, prophetic praise and worship. As we sing together, we love to embrace what God is doing in the moment and be transformed by His presence. Our time of worship flows right into the weekend message. Most weekends, our Lead Pastor, Scott Hull will preach. Our gatherings close with a brief time to respond to God and the family is blessed and released by one of our leaders.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
We love kids at Grace House! Our desire for our families is to have a shared encounter and shared experience with God - together. On Sundays, we do not separate our kids or teens from the adults, instead we have a family experience that enables great conversations long after we leave campus. We have an area in the balcony designated for families with young children where there is room for kids to have their own space to play. Depending upon the weekend you’re with us, child care for birth-48 months is provided.
HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?
The best way to get connected is by joining a small group. Small groups at Grace House are formed and nurtured by members of our church family. These groups are informal in nature, but they embody the feel of Grace House and endeavor to purposefully cultivate organic relationships. No two groups are alike. They take on the personality of those who lead and the type of people who attend. They meet in different places, at different times throughout the week. You can find a complete list of our small groups in the Welcome Center on our campus.
